This is a low-income project with a length of four kilometers along Zapote River. The depth of the developable strip ranges from 250 to 300 meters. There are two accesses for the project: one in the south is linked to Victoria Avenue and the other along the road that leads to Sampaguita. A 15-meter wide main road acts as the spine of the development. At regular interval lay-bys and 8.0-meter wide roads distribute traffic into the residential zones. Pocket parks, commercial/institutional /clusters, trade exchanges and productivity stations are strategically located. These provide center points for socio-economic activities.

Sites for schools and community centers are located at the midrib of the development. Linear green strips along the Zapote River are multi-functional; both for economic activities and for recreation. Placing bike shops along the way encourages biking. Target housing density is 155 lots per hectare.
