Fronting Maharlika Highway, 1.7 kilometers before entering the poblacion of Bambang, right at the crossroads going to Dupax, is located the property of the Bernabe Family. It has long been set aside for development as a residential subdivision in the most opportune time. Its greatest potential is its prime location for a fist class development. This [potential at the crossroads is brought about by Bambang being the resting place of vegetable viajeros who bring the farm produce to Metropolitan Manila. This local feature is further enhanced by the rapid economic growth of the town, with the townsfolk in search for affordable housing.

In answer to this need, the 7.4-hectare Bernabe property is being developed for a housing project with components for commercial lots for shophouses and areas for social housing. In all, 385 individual lots are generated by the project. The area allocation of the subdivision is as follows:
