In its move to provided adequate transport service at the Fort Bonifacio Global City, the Bonifacio Transport Corporation, has put to bid the conversion of an old warehouse for its office and bus service, called the Fort Bus. The structure is located at the compound of the National Defense College of the Philippines, the latter having transferred to Camp Aguinaldo. The floor plate of the structure measures 10 meters x 28 meters. Floor-to-ceiling clearance of the building interior are adequate to accommodate mezzanines as well as garage facilities for bus repairs and maintenance. However, retrofit measure are necessary to make the skin and utilities of the building function property for the new use.

With PROS providing the design aspects, for the project, a design-build proposal is offered to the client. This type of service involves a pre-selected construction contractor to commit to a maximum guaranteed construction cost that is based on a reference design scheme. The undertaking entails advance collaboration among the team of architect, engineer, contractor and project manager. The reference design is still subject to refinements so as to arrive at the best design scheme to build,

The final features of the project are: three bays for bus servicing , tool rooms, offices and clerical area, lockers and comfort stations, pantry and lounge and storage and supply rooms.
