As part of the continuing development program of the Colegio de San Agustin campus in Bacolod, the construction of an early childhood learning center called for its immediate implementation when the demand grew. The Agustinian fathers saw it fit to make a three (3) storey building consisting of 6426 square meters built on a footprint of 4890 square meters. The plan form is simply defined to give the young pupils the proper cognition for a space they can relate with. Colors and finishes are bold to best be appropriate for the pupils' young age. The building floor area distribution is as follows:

- Existing ground floor area = 2122 sqm
- Proposed second floor area = 2122 sqm
- Proposed third floor area = 2182 sqm
