Located in the southwest portion of the larger Heritage Memorial Park is a 4.7-hectare parcel devoted to the high-end market.

Called Estate Park, the special interment lots are planned with larger parcels where mausoleums can be built. The project is a joint venture between the local government of Taguig and R.E. Construction, Inc with financing support from Keppel. Management of the estate is integrated with the main memorial park in order to assure professional services and perpetual park care.

For standards, parcels shall have an average area of 50 square meters. Each parcel is assigned each car-parking slot. The parking areas are located along the perimeter of the estate park; along Bayani Road and C-5. in all, there are 302 distinctive estates located in 31 blocks. Internal circulation is pedestrian-oriented. This is in keeping with the park-like ambience in the area.

In order to assure high quality of development, individual parcels are subject to development guidelines and regulations on how each shall be developed. The guidelines cover provisions on intensity of land use, building occupancy and building height limits, as well as utilities. All are subject to review by the park management prior to erection of the structure. With the type and character of architecture most families will devote to the necrologic structures, expect the project to be a destination for those who marvel at local culture and the reverence for the dead.
