The Big Delta Project consists of the first phase of the conversion of Fort Bonifacio from a military reservation to a Specialized Planned Unit Development called the Bonifacio Global City. Fort Bonifacio is envisioned to be the country's globally competitive urban center serving the needs and aspirations of the community in the 21st century. The project covers environmental permitting requirements the first 50 hectares out of 140 hectares of mixed development and residential land uses.
With the need to secure permits for its project, Fort Bonifacio Development Corporation hired the services of Planning Resources and Operations Systems, Inc. to undertake the documentation necessary to secure the permits.
Zoning Clearance, Locational Permit and Environmental Compliance Certificate were secured from the Municipality of Taguig, the Laguna Lake Development Authority and the Department of Environment and Natural Resources respectively.
