The Heritage Memorial Park is located in 150 hectares of land between the American Memorial Cemetery and the Libingan ng mga Bayani.
Given height limitations on vertical developments imposed by the airport take-off and landing zones affecting the area, memorial park development becomes strongly suitable.
The feasibility of the area to derive maximum usage, social benefits, economic returns and ultimate environmental character in the light of self-reliance through asset-backed securitization was pursued.
The concept of the Heritage Memorial Park is to provide a serene and pleasant place for the nourishment of the consciousness, and the essence of life as a confirmation od heritage and perpetuity.
The memorial park showcases four features: Filipino heritage; a people's park that features bike lanes, jogging paths, picnic grounds; an ecological showcase, as a model for planning and development where design and implementation shall respond and respect established ecosystems; and as a tourism showcase providing for a botanical garden, cascading lagoon and a heritage museum among others.
Memorial park development includes various memorial products such as: the lawn, garden plots, terrasoleums and estate plots. Facilities shall include mortuaries with replicas of facades of four great churches in the country, a crematorium, a motorpool, parking areas and an administration area.
