Located at the foot of Mount Makiling in Sto. Tomas, Batangas, the 68-hectare Legacy Memorial Estates is a memorial park within a tropical botanic garden. The project projects a very strong cultural ambience in a landscaped setting that introduces innovative burial practices, like a modern crematory surrounded with ossuaries and cinerariums.

The fully landscaped park is divided into eight zones. Each zone has a theme garden carrying a unifying motif expressed in the use of color, scents, textures generally dominated by indigenous species. Park furniture and sculptures provide the respite and accents to the garden.

The intensity of development in the memorial park is moderated by a set of development guidelines. Burial packages vary from the expensive family estates, the terrasoleum, to clusters of ossuaries and cinerariums. Two types of family estates are offered in the memorial estate: the mausoleum and the pergola type. Communal facilities to allow for convenient services are strategically located in the estate.
