The Parish of Rosario Pasig, through Samahan FDA approached PROS to seek assistance in maximizing the property which the association intends to purchase using the Community Mortgage Program (CMP) of the Philippine Government.
Dialogues were conducted to explain the concept of the CMP
to the community. Cooperative home ownership was also discussed. Three
housing schemes were made. Ultimately the community agreed to the following:
Average lot size of 50 square meters amounting to 136 lots. Commercial lots,
6 in number, with sizes of 50 square meters.
The outcome of the plan is that 74.6% of the property's area is saleable. Minor roads of 6.5m and alleys of 3.0m wide are adopted for the plan. Roads constitute 17.14% and open spaces of 8.21% of the area.
The open areas consisting of parking slots for 34 vehicles, a 205-square meter bagsakan area and a 3.0m creek easement.
