The National Mapping and Resources Information Authority (NAMRIA) occupies an eleven-hectare property at Fort Bonifacio. The property has a long frontage along Lawton Avenue and is directly abutting Bayani Road. NAMRIA's main office facilities occupy a small portion of the land. The unoccupied sections of the property can comfortably allow for related land uses NAMRIA may still need. Foremost of these needs is for affordable housing for the agency's employees.

The development concept that NAMRIA is pursuing in order to answer the institutional inadequacies is for the agency to maximize its floor area requirements and allow other related uses on residual lands as well as on the air rights of the office blocks.

As an overall funding strategy, savings are to be pooled with a home owning plan. This is based on concepts of building societies and cooperatives in Europe. For the Philippines, this is called the Bona Homes Development Program as proposed by FBO Management.

Five residential blocks comprise the project. The building blocks are high-rises of 18 to 20 stories. Additional spaces for social and community interaction are planned in specific floors. Outdoor recreation areas are located at the grounds close to the easements of the property.

The residential dwelling units have floor areas of 49, 73, 97 and 145 square meters. A total of 3,100 dwelling units dominate the complex.
