The project calls for the analysis of land use potentials in a section of the New Mandaue area in Cebu. The aim of the project is to evolve a development plan and an urban design plan optimizing the potential land uses of the site in relation to its locational attributes. A long-term vision is to ultimately evolve in an urban section that has a distinctive character and patronage allure.

The primary land use is residential/commercial with complementary uses as recreational and service. A 5-star and a 3-star hotel, a hostel and a cluster of condominium buildings featuring 3-, 2-, 1-bedroom units will be integrated in the site along with an amphitheater and parking buildings.
