The Santuario de San Jose in Greenhills, San Juan is the Parish Church of PROS. It is a long tradition at PROS to invite the Parish priests to officiate masses at its main office during company celebrations, usually twice a year; its founding anniversary and during the start of the yuletide season. This association made lasting friendships with the parish. During times when maintenance and repairs are necessary for the church, the advise of PROS staff is sought by the parish priest.

One major up-grade and facility expansion was made in 1999. This consisted of 1,010 square meters on the main church and the repairs, addition and renovation of the existing two-storey Convent and Parish Hall at the back of the church. The function of the existing building is to accommodate parish meetings, social events and priests' quarters.

The tasks undertaken in the church up-grade consist of :

- improvement of the sound system,
- improvement of the electrical lighting and power system.

The tasks undertaken in the two-storey convent and parish hall consist of :

- renovation and conversion of spaces,
- construction of comfort rooms for public use,
- renovation of Blessed Sacrament Chapel.
