This 35-hectare estate is scenic in that it is located in the down slopes of the town of Laurel. Consequently a large portion of the property faces the lakewaters of Taal. The project development is geared as a sports and country estate having 350-square meter home lots.

The concept is a development where any lot owner becomes a privileged member of the country club and golf driving range. This allows exclusive membership with the use of facilities ranging from sports, leisure, conference and resort activities.

From Dikono Highway, the entrance provides a visual sweep of Taal Lake. Thereafter the drops into an escarpment necessitating a winding way to the main residential areas. It is in this route where the club house and sports facilities welcome residents and guests. Waterways leading down slope define clusters of neighborhood blocks. These also provide linear green strips to the project.
